Development Director

The Development Director is responsible for cultivating funding partnerships to deliver on the GSEIWI mission through strategic and innovative partnerships, affinity groups and fundraising leadership.

Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, the DD leads the strategic direction and overall management of individual and corporate relationships, helps with fundraising events, and supports the development team members as necessary.

Ensures all plans support and reinforce the Girl Scout philosophy and council standards. The position works in partnership with other departments to support the mission, goals, and strategic priorities of the council.
