Job Summary

The equestrian experience manager is responsible for the delivery of a horseback riding program that is safe, fun, and appropriate for all participants. This position is also responsible for the physical operations of the Camp Liberty Equestrian Center. This position develops partnerships and collaborations within the council area to establish potential funding and volunteer support of quality hands-on programming and ensure effective delivery of the Girl Scout experience. This position is also responsible to support development, implementation, and evaluation of year-round outdoor programing for girls in grades K-12.
