What would you do as a Girl Experience Manager

As the Full Time Girl Experience Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating impactful and engaging events for youth Girl Scouts. Requirements for this Girl Experience Manager job

To succeed as the Full Time Girl Experience Manager at the Girl Scouts, you will need a blend of relevant skills and qualifications. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in event management, early childhood education, or education is essential. You should possess certification or the willingness to become certified in First Aid, CPR, and AED to ensure the safety of youth participants. Physical stamina is important, as the role requires the ability to perform tasks like lifting items up to 60 lbs, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Flexibility in your schedule is crucial, as you may need to work evenings and weekends.

A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, access to reliable transportation, and proof of vehicle insurance are also necessary. Additionally, becoming a registered Girl Scout member is required to fully embrace the mission and values of the organization.
